摘要
目的分析金毛狗脊脂溶性成分的化学组成,评价其对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。方法运用GC-MS联用仪分析金毛狗脊脂溶性成分的化学组成,采用峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量,运用酶标仪法评价其对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性。结果从金毛狗脊脂溶性成分中共鉴定出38个化合物,占流出峰总面积的93.29%,当浓度为700μg/ml时,对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制率为93.4%。结论金毛狗脊脂溶性成分主要为亚油酸和棕榈酸,其对α-葡萄糖苷酶有较好的抑制活性。
Objective To analysis the chemical constituents of the liposoluble constituents of Cibotium barometz,and to evaluate its inhibitory activities against α- glucosidase. Methods The chemical components of the liposoluble constituents from Cibotium barometz were analyzed by GC- MS,and the relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. The inhibitory activity against α- glucosidase was evaluated by micro plate spectrophotometer. Results 38 compounds were identified from the liposoluble constituents of Cibotium barometz,accounting for 93. 29% of the total peaks. The liposoluble constituents had good inhibitory activities against α- glucosidase,and the inhibitory rate was 93. 4% with the concentration of 700 μg / ml. Conclusion The main constituents of the liposoluble constituents of Cibotium barometz were n- hexadecanoic acid and( Z,Z)- 9,12- octadecadienoic acid,and they could inhibit α- glucosidase effectively in vitro.
