摘要
现代职业院校要从真正意义上实现职业教育人才培养目标,首要问题是"双师型"教师队伍的培养建设,为此,本文对国内外以往对"双师型"教师的培养研究进行了较为系统的总结与分析,以期对相关研究提供研究视角。
To realize the training objects of modern vocational education, vocational colleges have to firstly face the problem of constructing doubled-professionally-titled teacher teams. This paper summarizes and analyz-es the existing researches aboard and at home as well, hoping to provide perspectives for respective researches.
