摘要
在经济新常态和资源配置模式转变背景下,针对高职师资队伍建设中存在的问题,借鉴职业教育发达国家的经验,以终身教育理念为指导,以"校企联动、双师共育"为推进策略,统筹分配、合理利用政行企校多方人力资源,深化教育综合改革,创新内部管理方式,打造"素质优良、专兼结合、动态组合、校企互通"的双师队伍。
Under the background of the new economic normal and the transformation of resource allocation model, in view of the problems existing in the construction of higher vocational teaching staff, referring to the experience of countries with advanced vocational education, guided by the idea of lifelong education,promoted by "college-enterprise interaction and dual-qualification education", this paper coordinates the allocation, rationally uses the human resources of the government, industries and colleges, deepens comprehensive education reform, innovates the methods of internal management, and establishes a dual-qualification teacher team with "high quality, profession and part-time combination, dynamic combination and college-enterprise interaction".
