摘要
利用CATIA的几何建模功能以及ANSYS Workbench的有限元分析功能,对1LGH―230型旋耕机齿轮箱主轴与直齿锥齿轮装配体进行模态分析,求解算出其前六阶的固有频率与振型,为改装1LGH―230型旋耕机齿轮箱提供了有效的数据,更为正确合理的设计主轴与直齿锥齿轮装配体提供了理论依据。
The geometric modeling capabilities of CATIA and the finite element analysis capabilities of ANSYS Workbench were fully used in the model analysis, and the first six inherent frequencies and vibration mode of the assembly were obtained, which provide significant data to refit the gear case of 1LGH-230 type rotary cultivator. Moreover, it provides a theoretical basis for the assembly design of the spindle and straight tooth bevel gear in right ways.
