摘要
设计了一种用来实现由集装箱挂车运载的集装箱装卸的简易装置。以机械传动理论为基础,介绍了千斤顶式集装箱装卸装置的结构原理,对其关键传动部件参数进行计算。运用SolidWorks软件建立该装置的实体模型,并在ANSYS软件中进行整体有限元分析,证明了该设计的实用性、可操作性。
The jack container handling device is designed which can load and unload any type of ISO containers on a truck trailer. Based on mechanical transmission theory, the structural principle of the device is introduced and the parameters of its key components are calculated. A model of the device is built by using SolidWorks software and finite element analysis is performed using ANSYS. The results demonstrate the practicality and operability of the design.
