摘要
采用Pro/E软件建立普通深松铲三维模型,并通过有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对模型进行静力分析及模态分析,通过修改深松铲的结构参数对深松铲进行优化设计,为深松铲的进一步试验研究提供依据。
The 3-D model of sub-soiling shovel was created, using Pro/E 5.0 software, and the model was sent to ANSYS Workbench. The finite element analysis of sub-soiling shovel model was carried out with workbench. The strength and rigidity of structural was studied. The distortion, stress and modal frequency of curved sub-soiling in service load were obtained. The dimension of the sub-soiling shovel was modified based on the analysis result, and the strength and rigidity of structural were optimized.
