摘要
以分析纯的Mg O、Ti O2、Sr CO3为原料,采用固相反应法制备(1-x)Mg Ti O3-x Sr Ti O3(MST,x=0.36-0.41)系列微波介质陶瓷材料,研究添加Sr Ti O3后,体系的致密度、晶相组成、显微结构、微波介电性能之间的变化规律。结果表明,随着Sr Ti O3添加量的增加,陶瓷的相对密度、介电常数、都呈增加趋势,Sr Ti O3的加入量为41mol%,此时形成的MST陶瓷具有最优的介电性能,最优的致密度。
In this study,(1-x)Mg Ti O3-x Sr Ti O3(MST, x=0.36~0.41) microwave dielectric ceramics were prepared by solid phase reaction method using Mg O, Ti O2 and Sr CO3 as raw materials. The effects of Sr Ti O3 addition on the crystal structure, microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of the ceramic were investigated. The results show that with the Sr Ti O3 additive content increasing, the volume density and the dielectric constant εr increased. When the doping amount of Sr Ti O3 is 41mol%, the as-prepared ceramic can obtain the best dielectric properties and volume density.
