摘要
用传统固相法制备了Ba2Ti9O20微波陶瓷,研究了Ba2Ti9O20微波陶瓷的组成对介电性能的影响,通过XRD和HP8714ET网络分析仪对其晶体结构和微波介电性能进行了研究,实验结果表明:少量掺MnCO3和ZrO2的Ba2Ti9O20陶瓷材料可把烧结温度降低到1260℃,微波介电性能较好;当ZrO2的加入量为0.1wt%且MnCO3加入量为0.15wt%时,其介电性能最佳的致密化烧结温度为1280℃,可以得到:ε=37;tanδ=3×10-4;τc=-28×10-6/℃。用Ba2Ti9O20陶瓷制成的贴片式介质滤波器测试,其电性能满足设计要求。
Ba2Ti9O20 microwave ceramics were prepared by traditional solid-state reactions in this paper.The effects of the composition of Ba2Ti9O20 microwave ceramics on dielectric properties were studied.The crystal structures and the microwave dielectric properties of Ba2Ti9O20 system microwave ceramics were investigated by the X-ray diffractionand an HP8714ET network analyzer.The results showed that a small amount addition of MnCO3 and ZrO2 particles can improve microwave properties of Ba2Ti9O20 ceramics,and also help to lower the sintering temperature of ceramics to 1260℃.The excellent dielectric properties were obtained with the addition of ZrO2 of 0.1wt% and MnCO3 of 0.15wt% and sintered at the temperature of 1280℃ : ε=37;tanδ = 3×10-4;τc =-28×10-6/℃ The measured properties of the SMD dielectric Filters revealed that their electric properties meet the design demands.
