摘要
本文介绍一种用石墨粉还原ＳｒＴｉＯ３陶瓷的新工艺．陶瓷还原后直流电阻下降六至七个数量级。与传统的还原工艺比较，这种方法更安全且易操作。
The paper presents a new kind of technology which SrTiO-3 ceramics is reduced by using graphite powder. The resistance of ceramics is lowered by six to seven orders of magnitude after ceramics is reduced. This method has greater security and easier operation than the traditional method.
