摘要 得出了一种用草酸盐共沉淀法制备高纯超细钛酸锶粉体的新方法,所用主要原料为偏钛酸、氯化锶和草酸铵;研究了偏钛酸的净化、反应物的配比、共沉淀反应的时间与温度、沉淀煅烧温度与时间等因素对产品质量的影响.制得的产品经化学分析、红外光谱、发射光谱等测试及粒度分布测定。 A new preparation technique of high-purity and superfine SrTiO3 is developed by using oxalate coprecipitation method. H2TiO3, SrCl2,and (NH4)2 C2O4 are used as principal materials. The effects of ratio of reactants,time and temperature of coprecipitation and calcination on purity of product SrTiO3 have been investigated.The product obtained was analyzed by IR, SEM, complexometry and so on. The results show that the purity of product is over 99.5% and its average particle size is 0.40 μm.
