摘要
目的:分别采用脐疗法与西药匹维溴铵治疗脾虚型肠易激综合征患者,检测两组患者治疗前与治疗后血样的代谢产物谱,探究相关生物标记物存在,以推导其代谢途径与治疗方法的相关性并比较两治疗方法的差异,阐明脐疗治疗脾虚型肠易激综合征的作用机理。方法:将24名脾虚型肠易激综合征患者随机分为两组,其中脐疗组12例,匹维溴铵组12例。对治疗前后两组患者血样进行代谢组学处理,分析各自代谢途径,比较两组之间的差异。结果:脐疗组和匹维溴铵组治疗前后的血液代谢谱均发生了明显变化。其中脐疗组变化较为显著的是色氨酸、精氨酸、胆汁酸、儿茶酚胺类代谢物,这些代谢物涉及到体内的氨基酸代谢、神经递质代谢等过程。匹维溴铵组主要是涉及神经递质代谢过程。结论:脐疗与西药治疗脾虚型肠易激综合征均有显著疗效,两者在抑制肠易激患者的内脏高敏性方面均有显著疗效,另外脐疗还可广泛改善肠道神经途径、调节内分泌,进而提高腹泻型肠易激患者的生活和生存质量。
Objective：The study was about the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency type by umbilical moxibustion and Pinaverium Bromide tablets.Before and after treatment,we detected the patients＇blood samples metabolite spectral, identified potential biomarkers, inferred the related metabolic pathway and compared the contrasts between them in two groups.In order to expound the mechanism of the treatment of IBS of spleen deficiency type by umbilical moxibustion and to provide scientific basis for clinical promotion of um-bilical moxibustion.Methods：24 patients with IBS of spleen deficiency were randomly divided into two groups, and each group had 12 patients.We processed the blood sample before and after treatment and analyzed metabolomics pathway, in order to compare the contrast between two groups.Results：The metabolite spectra of umbilical moxibustion group and pinaverium bromide group had changed significantly.Umbilical moxibustion could adjust tryptophan, Arginine, the bile acids, Catecholamine metabolites;Pinaverium bromide could also adjust Neurotransmitters to change irritable bowel symptoms.Conclusion：Umbilical moxibustion and pinaverium bromide drugs can treat irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency .Both of them can play a role in inhibiting intestinal hypersensitivity.In addition, umbilical moxibustion can improve the equilibrium state of enteric nerv-ous, endocrine network through more channels to treat irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency.
