摘要
目的探讨中药蒸脐疗法治疗肠易激综合征的效果。方法选取2017年1月～2018年7月于江西中医药大学附属医院脾胃肝胆科就诊的200例肠易激综合征患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组各100例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者给予蒸脐疗法。比较两组患者的胃动素(MTL)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、生长抑素(SS)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)水平变化、中医症候积分及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后的MTL、VIP、SS、CCK水平低于治疗前,观察组患者治疗后的MTL、VIP、SS、CCK低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的中医症候积分低于治疗前,观察组患者治疗后的中医症候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率为86%,高于对照组的55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用蒸脐疗法治疗肠易激综合征患者的效果突出,可减少患者的腹痛、腹胀等症状,促进良好排便,并对机体内的胃肠激素产生有利的影响,值得一定的推广。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)steaming umbilical cord method in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods From January 2017 to July 2018,200 patients with irritable bowel syndrome admitted to the Department of Spleen,Stomach,Liver and Gallbladder of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research objects.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was treated with umbilical steaming therapy.The levels of motilin(MTL),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP),somatostatin(SS),cholecystokinin(CCK),TCM symptom score and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of MTL,VIP,SS,CCK in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of MTL,VIP,SS,CCK after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those of the control group,while the TCM symptom score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 86%,which was higher than that in the control group(55%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of irritable bowel syndrome with umbilical steaming therapy is effective in reducing abdominal pain and distention,promoting good defecation,and exerting favorable influence on gastrointestinal hormones in the body,which is worth popularizing.
