摘要
为了实现菇茑脱皮的机械化,降低工人的劳动强度,设计一款双螺纹辊式菇茑脱皮机。对脱皮机的性能要求及技术方案进行阐述,从组成结构和工作流程进行分析,得到设计依据。根据设计依据设计样机并应用样机进行脱皮试验,分析试验数据得到单台脱皮机的脱皮效率大约是人工脱皮效率的3倍,即300个/min左右。脱皮质量78.7%左右,损伤率9.3%左右。分析影响该菇茑脱皮机脱皮的主要因素,并提出改进措施。
A kind of double thread rolling peeling machine for Physalis alkekengi was designed in order to achieve the mechanization of Physalis alkekengi peeling and the reduction of labor intensity for workers. First an elaboration of the requirements for properties and the technical solutions were provided. The data of design were provided by analyzing the composition and working process of the peeling machine for Physalis alkekengi. Then the model machine was designed by the data and the peeling experiment of model machine was performed. Analyzing the data of the experiment obtained that the peeling efficiency of one model machine was approximately three times as much as a manual worker which were about 300 per minute. The quality of peeling was 78. 7%; The damage ratio was about 9. 3%. Finally,the principal influence factors of the peeling machine for Physalis alkekengi were analyzed and the improvement measures were put forward.
