摘要
为实现水果分选机械化,研制出一款苹果大小分选机,利用滚筒结构完成苹果大小的分选。采用SolidWorks软件,对苹果大小分选机的传送系统、分选系统、驱动系统、辅助系统及机身等部件进行三维实体建模及虚拟样机装配,并应用有限元软件ANSYS对关键零部件进行了强度校核。结果表明:关键零部件满足强度要求,整机结构简单,操作方便,能实现苹果大小的机械化分选,对减轻果农劳动强度具有重要意义。
In order to realize apple sorting mechanization,one kind of apple sorting machines is designed,with a roller structure to complete the size separation process of apples. Using Solid Works software,the solid modeling of main components such as the conveying system,sorting system,driving system,auxiliary system and the machine body and virtual prototype assembly are conducted and finite element software ANSYS is used to check the strength of key components,with the result showing that the key components meet the strength requirements and that the whole machine features a simple structure,easy operation and ability to realize mechanized sorting of apples,of great significance for reducing labor intensity.
