摘要
针对豆类淀粉行业急需对粉碎之前的豌豆进行脱皮这一现状,设计了一种螺旋揉搓式豌豆脱皮机。该脱皮机总体上采用行星结构,在滚筒带动筒内豌豆低速回转的同时,由驱动装置通过行星架驱动揉搓辊对豌豆进行揉搓。在计算功率、确定转速等总体设计的基础上,对滚筒结构及各种轴等主要零部件进行了结构设计计算及分析。设计后的脱皮机揉搓辊在随着行星架公转的同时,还绕着行星轴做旋转方向与公转方向相同的自转,增强了对豌豆的揉搓效果;相邻行星轴上的揉搓辊构成一条螺旋线,揉搓辊在对豌豆进行揉搓脱皮的同时还能将其轴向推移,以实现物料的轴向输送。
As the legumes starchy industries in urgent need to peel the peas before crashing nowadays, we design a screw rubbing-type pea dehulling machine. It uses the planetary mechanism in general. The peas in the drum turn around slowly driven by the drum, at the same time, the driving equipment drives the screw rubbing roller to rub the peas by means of planet carrier. This article has designed the power calculation, rotate speed and so on. In the mean time calculate and analyze the drum structure and all kinds of axes. The screw rubbing roller of the designed dehulling machine revolves with the planet carrier, and also autorotate around the planet axes with the rotation orientation accordance with that of the revolution, which in turn strengthens the rubbing effect. The screw rubbing roller on the adjoining planet axes constitute a screw line. When the screw rubbing roller rub and hull the peas, it can forward the materials along the axes direction, realizing the axes-orientation delivery of materials.
