摘要
酸浆野生资源丰富,具有很高的食用和药用价值。笔者阐述了酸浆在食品工业和医药方面的研究进展,并对酸浆的发展前景予以展望。
Physalis alkekengi L is a wild plant of Chinese. It has more valuable of medicine and edihle. The author studies the research progress of physalis alkekengi L in respect of food and medication,the future development directions and the prospects have been also given.
