摘要
目的探讨体验式教学法对社区医护人员和社区志愿者健康教育水平的影响,为进一步推广该方法提供实践依据。方法按照分层整群抽样的方法,从全区东部、西部和中部社区卫生服务中心各抽取4名医护人员作为一级培训对象,并从以上3个乡镇中各抽取1个社区,3个社区各抽取10名社区志愿者作为二级培训对象,然后由疾控中心培训社区医护人员,由3个社区卫生服务中心的医护人员分别培训各自乡镇的社区志愿者。训练班结束时以座谈会的形式进行定性评价,对接受社区医护人员和社区志愿者健康教育指导的社区居民以问卷形式进行定量评价。结果受训者的"集体健康教育"和"一对一健康教育"等健康教育水平均得到提高(P<0.01)。受训的社区医护人员和社区志愿者一致认为,该训练班别开生面、有创意,比以往参加过的任何一次培训班收获都大,认为该培训班很好的学员达90.0%以上。结论体验式教学法能显著提升社区医护人员和社区志愿者的健康教育水平。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of experiential teaching on health education level for community medical staff and community health volunteers. To further promote this method provides practical basis. METHODS In accordance with stratified cluster sampling method, from the region's eastern, western and central of the community health service center extract 4 medical staffs as the primary training object. From each towns extract one community, each communities extract 10 community volunteers as the see- ondary training object. Then the CDC train the community medical staff. Medical staff of three community health service centers train respective town community volunteers. In the form of seminars conducted qualitative evaluation at the end of training. They would be quantitative evaluation by the questionnaire who the community residents acceptance of community medical staff or commu- nity volunteers health education guide. RESULT The health education levels of trainees "collective health education " and "one to one health education" were improved(P〈0.01). Community medical staff and community volunteers trained agreed that the training spectacular, creative, larger than ever participated in any training session gains. More than 90.0% participants thought the course was good. CONCLUSIONS Experiential teaching methods could significantly improve community medical staff and community volun- teers health education levels.
