粤港澳大湾区护理教育教师合作与交流体会的调查结果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探索临床护理带教老师参加粤港澳护理教育交流与合作后的真实体会,为进一步完善粤港澳地区护理教育合作与交流机制提供参考依据。方法2020年11月—2021年2月选取粤港澳护理教育联盟中教学医院从事临床护理工作的临床护理带教女性老师12人为访谈调查对象,并用Colaizzi七步分析法整理资料,最终形成系统化描述。结果提炼出以下两个主题,在粤港澳大湾区护理教育合作与交流机制下临床护理带教老师的正向体验:利于重视健康宣教、提高人文关怀意识、助于形成和谐的师生关系;负向体验:进一步明确带教任务、个别内容有重复、建议延长交流时间。结论粤港澳地区护理教育合作与交流的机制能够促进三个地区护理教育事业的可持续发展以及有利于相互交流、共同成长,但在合作与交流的实践中仍存在一些问题,需进一步完善。 Objective To explore the real experience of clinical nursing teachers participating in the exchange and cooperation of nursing education in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao and to provide reference for further improving the cooperation and exchange mechanism of nursing education in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.Methods From November 2020 to February 2021,12 female clinical nursing teachers engaged in clinical nursing work in teaching hospitals of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao nursing education alliance were selected as interview subjects.Data were sorted out using Colaizzi seven-step analysis method and a systematic description was fi nally formed.Results The following two themes were extracted,the positive experience of clinical nursing teachers under the mechanism of nursing education cooperation and exchange in the Guangdong-Hong KongMacao Greater Bay area was:it was beneficial to pay attention to health education,improve humanistic care awareness,and help to form a harmonious teacher-student relationship;Negative experience:further clarify the teaching tasks,repeat some content,and suggest extending the communication time.Conclusion The mechanism of cooperation and exchange of nursing education in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao can promote the sustainable development of nursing education in the three regions and is conducive to mutual exchange and common growth,but there are still some problems in the practice of cooperation and exchange,which need to be improved further.
