高校外语网络教学问题及策略研究

摘要 疫情常态化背景下,网络教学成为高校的主要授课方式。本研究以首都经济贸易大学的1170名学生及57名教师为调查对象,进行外语网络教学问卷调查。根据调查结果分析了外语网络教学的师生满意度、优势及不足。并基于大学生网络学习满意度理论模型,从学生自身特征、教师教学要素、网络课程特性、社会支持保障、网络学习交互五个维度进行了外语网络课程的总结与反思。本文通过对外语网络教学问题及策略进行研究,以期为未来的网络教学提供建议和策略,同时为未来的线下教学提供新的视角和思路。 In the context of the normalization of the COVID-19 epidemic,online teaching has become the main teaching method in colleges and universities.This study took 1170 students and 57 teachers from Capital University of Economics and Business as the survey subjects to conduct a questionnaire survey on online foreign language teaching.According to the survey results,the author analyzed the satisfaction of teachers and students,advantages and disadvantages of foreign language online teaching.Based on the theoretical model of college students' online learning satisfaction,a summary and reflection on foreign language online courses are conducted from the five dimensions of students' own characteristics,teachers' teaching elements,online course characteristics,social support guarantee,and online learning interaction.This article researches the problems and strategies of foreign language online teaching in order to provide suggestions and strategies for future online teaching,and at the same time provide new perspectives and ideas for future offline teaching.
