摘要
职能部门的绩效考核一直是医院绩效考核中的难点。随着医院管理者对职能部门在医院发展中价值的认同,更加迫切的对职能部门绩效考核进行了各种尝试和探索。笔者对当今公立医院在职能部门考核之路上的探索进行了简要的回顾和总结,并就如何建立多种考核方式结合的职能部门绩效考评体系进行了深入的思考。
Performance appraisal on functional departments has been the difficulty in hospital performance appraisal. As hospital managers agree on the value of functional departments in hospital development,it is urgent to make all kinds of attempts and explorations for performance appraisal in functional departments. The authors make the brief review and summary about the appraisal on functional departments in today＇s public hospitals and the in-depth thinking over the w ays to establish performance appraisal system combining w ith various examining methods.
