摘要
医院行政职能部门是医院正常运转不可缺少的服务性部门,但又是非临床一线科室,如何发挥和协调各职能部门的最大效能,是医院发展的关键。为此,本院就行政职能部门绩效工资的改革和综合目标管理细化对医院的发展进行了改革,绩效与工作业绩挂钩,加强了考核的管理,量化了工作目标,调动了工作人员的积极性,为医院的整体发展提供了良好的保障。
Hospital administrative department is indispensable service sector for hospital normal operation,but is also non-clinical front-line departments.How to play the maximum performance of the various functional departments is a key point for hospital development.Performance compensation and general objective management reform in administrative departments have been carried out.Performance compensation is directly related to working performance.Performance management has been strengthened and working objectives have been quantified.The reform has promoted staff's enthusiasm and has given security for hospital integrated development.
