摘要
文章采用要素计点法,使用一个总点值为1 000点,由知识技能、工作本身和职责因素3个一级指标和若干个二级指标构成的岗位评价量表作为岗位评价的工具对某二级综合医院全部岗位进行评价。结果表明,研究采用的岗位评价量表的科学性更高,在此基础上的岗位价值评价结果更具有公平性。
Based on the point tactor method, the research used a post evaluation quesuonnalre to evaluate all tne posts of a secondary general hospital, which had 1 000 points and compressed by three level index, knowledge, skills and the work itself. Results showed that the post evaluation questionnaire of the research used was more scientific and fairer.
