摘要
金钱草对泌尿系统结石有良好的防治效果,在体内外均可抑制草酸钙结晶形成,其排石与溶石作用机理与其利尿、酸化尿液、加速钙离子与草酸排泄、抗炎、抗氧化、护肾、影响结石抑制因子等作用有关,该文综述金钱草发挥防治结石的成分及其可能的作用机制,为泌尿系统结石的预防和治疗提供思路,为金钱草的合理开发和利用提供参考。
Jinqiancao（Lysimachia christinae Hance）is effective in preventing and treating the urinary system stone,which can control the formation of calcium oxalate crystals both in vivo and in vitro. The revival of urinary calculus and dissolution mechanism lies on so many functions,such as the diuresis,acidification of the urine,acceleration of calciumion,oxalic acid excretion,anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,renal protection and stone inhibitor influence. This article summarized the elements of exertion of the stone prevention and the active mechanism. And then it gave the train of thought to the prevention and treatment of lithiasis urinary system,providing the reference to the Jinqiancao reasonable development and utilization.
