摘要
目的研究不同提取法对广金钱草总黄酮提取物体外抗氧化活性的影响。方法以乙醇为溶剂采用回流法和超声法提取广金钱草总黄酮,并对两种提取法所得提取物进行一系列体外抗氧化活性的测定。结果回流法提取物清除DPPH自由基、超氧自由基和羟基自由基的IC50值分别为0.037mg/ml、0.034mg/ml和0.034mg/ml。超声法提取物清除DPPH自由基、超氧自由基和羟基自由基的IC50值分别为0.041mg/ml、0.050mg/ml和0.036mg/ml。结论用回流法和超声法提取广金钱草总黄酮具有良好的抗氧化性和清除自由基的作用,但回流提取法提取物的抗氧化性和清除自由基的作用较超声法强。
Objective To study the effects of different extracting methods on antioxidant activity of total flavonoids from Herba Desmodii. Methods A reflux extraction method and an extraction ultrasonic method were used to extract Herba Desmodii flavonoid using ethanol as solvent. A series of determinations for in vitro antioxidant activity of Herba Desmodii flavonoid extracts obtained by two extracting methods were carried out.Results The IC20 values of reflux extracts in DPPH free radical scavenging, superoxide radical scavenging and hydroxyl radical scavenging were 0. 037 mg/ml, 0. 034 mg/ml and 0. 034 mg/ml, respectively. The IC50 values of ultrasonic extracts in DPPH free radical scavenging, superoxide radical scavenging and hydroxyl radical scavenging were 0. 041 mg/ml, 0. 050 mg/ml and 0. 036 mg/ml, respectively. Conclusion The Herba Desmodii flavonoids extracted by reflux extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method have good antioxidant and free radical scavenging results, but the reflux extracts have better antioxidant and free radical scavenging results than ultrasonic extracts.
