摘要 目的应用信息熵理论优选尿石颗粒的提取工艺。方法以总黄酮含量、栀子苷含量和浸膏得率为综合评分指标,运用信息熵理论确定各指标的权重系数,通过正交试验考察影响因素提取次数、提取时间和加水量,优化提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水提取3次,每次1 h。结论该方法稳定可行,可用于尿石颗粒提取工艺的优选。 Objective To optimize the extraction of urolith granulesapply with information entropy theory. Methods The contents of total flavonoids, geniposide and extraction rate were taken as the comprehensive scoring index. The weight coefficient of each index was determined by the information entropy theory. The number of influencing factors, the extraction time and the amount of water were optimized through orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process. Results The optimum extraction conditions were extraction for three times with 10 folds of water for 1 h each time. Conclusion This method is stable and feasible, and can be used to optimize the extraction of urolith granules.
