摘要
目的确定指标权重,优选参威骨痹片的提取工艺。方法以加水量、提取时间和提取次数为自变量,以干膏得率、芍药苷转移率和龙胆苦苷转移率的综合评分为响应值,用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)和信息熵权重法(Entropy Weight Method,EWM)综合加权确定各指标权重系数,联合Box-Behnken响应曲面法确定最佳提取工艺。结果干膏得率、芍药苷转移率和龙胆苦苷转移率权重系数分别为12.49%、64.72%、22.79%;参威骨痹片的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量水,提取3次,每次2 h,3批验证实验综合评分均值为99.42,RSD为0.42%,综合评分接近预测值。结论AHP-EWM法可用于参威骨痹片提取工艺多指标权重的计算,且权重系数更加科学、合理、全面;优选得到的工艺稳定可行,重复性和可操作性好,可用于参威骨痹片的生产提取。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of Shenweigubi Tablets basing on index weight determination.Methods The water addition,extraction time and extraction times were used as independent variables,and the combined scores of dry extract yield,paeoniflorin and gentiopicroside transfer rate were used as response values,and the combined weights of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method(EWM)were applied to determine the weight coefficients of each index,and the optimal extraction process was determined by combining with Box-Behnken response surface method.Results The weight coefficients of dry extract yield,paeoniflorin transfer rate and gentiopicrin transfer rate were 12.49%,64.72%and 22.79%,respectively.The optimal extraction process of Shenweigubi Tablets was as follows:10 times of water was added and extracted for 3 times,which lasted for 2 hours each time.The mean comprehensive score of 3 batches of validation test was 99.42 with RSD 0.42%,and the comprehensive score was close to the predicted value.Conclusion The AHP-EWM method can be used to establish multi-indicator weights for the extraction process of Shenweigubi Tablets,and the weighting coefficients are more scientific,reasonable and comprehensive.The optimized process which can be used for the extraction process of Shenweigubi Tablets production is stable,feasible,reproducible and operable.
