摘要
目的探讨益肾通淋排石汤联合体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法将120例输尿管结石患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组60例。治疗组予以益肾通淋排石汤联合ESWL进行治疗,对照组仅予ESWL治疗。治疗3周后,比较2组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组临床疗效显著高于对照组;治疗组只进行1次、2次碎石的人数明显低于对照组;治疗组14 d和21 d的结石排净率明显高于对照组;治疗组排石反应明显轻于对照组,治疗组碎石后疼痛复发率和止痛剂使用率明显低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾通淋排石汤联合ESWL能显著提高临床疗效,减少患者碎石次数,缩短患者排石时间,减轻排石反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yishen Tonglin Paishi decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL)in the treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 60 patients in each group.The treatment group patients were treated with Yishen Tonglin Paishi decoction combined with ESWL,while the control group patients were only treated with ESWL.After 3 weeks of treatment,the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.The number of patients in the treatment group who underwent lithotripsy only once or twice was lower than that in the control group.The rate of stone removal at 14 and 21 days in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.The stone removal reaction in the treatment group was less than that in the control group,and the pain recurrence rate and analgesic utilization rate in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Yishen Tonglin Paishi decociton combined with ESWL in the treatment of ureteral stones can significantly improve clinical efficacy,reduce the number of lithotripsy cases,shorten the time for stone removal,and reduce the reaction to stone removal after lithotripsy.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
