摘要
目的 探讨肾石通丸在体外冲击波碎石术(extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, ESWL)后的疗效。方法前瞻性随机选取2022年4月—2023年4月北京航天总医院接收的600例ESWL患者,根据治疗方法分为两组,各300例。对照组使用头孢克肟治疗,观察组使用头孢克肟+肾石通丸治疗,比较两组治疗有效性、结石排净率、排石时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Score, VAS)、并发症。结果 观察组有效率、结石排净率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组结石排净时间(8.23±2.03)d短于对照组(10.57±2.18)d,差异有统计学意义(t=13.606,P<0.05);观察组体外碎石后6 h、1 d、3 d的VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症(肾绞痛、下尿路刺激征、血尿、结石上移、感染、穿孔)总发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 肾石通丸在ESWL后应用效果显著,可促进排石,缓解疼痛,预防并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shen Shi Tong Wan after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods 600 patients with ESWL in the Beijing Aerospace General Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were prospective randomly selected and divided into two groups according to different medication methods,with 300 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefixime,observation group was treated with cefoxime+Shen Shi Tong Wan.Compare the effectiveness,stone removal time,pain Visual Analogue Score(VAS),and complications between two groups.Results The effective rate and stone clearance rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The stone clearance time of the observation group(8.23±2.03)d was shorter than that of the control group(10.57±2.18)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=13.606,P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 6 h,1 d and 3 d after extracorporeal lithotripsy were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications(renal colic,lower urinary tract irritation,hematuria,stone upward movement,infection,perforation)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Shen Shi Tong Wan after ESWL has significant effects,promoting stone expulsion,relieving pain,and preventing complications.
