摘要
网络虚拟空间的兴起为协商民主议事在理论和实践上提供了全新的视角,政府网站公共论坛作为基于网络的协商民主议事载体构建的全新形式,其作用已初显。文章从当前我国协商民主议事存在问题入手,分析了政府网站公共论坛的优势与存在的隐患,提出了设立和完善政府网站公共论坛的目标,最后就如何设立和完善政府网站公共论坛进行了探讨。
The rising of virtual network space provides deliberative democracy with a totally new perspective in theory and practice. As the new form of carrier construction of deliberative democ- racy based on network, the function of the government website public forum has gradually aris- en. Starting from the current problems concerning deliberative democracy, this paper analyzes the advantages and existing hidden trouble of the government website public forum, comes up with the goals of establishing and perfecting the forum and finally discusses how to achieve them.
