摘要
作为对村民委员会选举状况的跟踪调查,本文的分析表明,与前两届相比,第三届村民直选的质量在江西和山西两地均有所提升。在各种社会性影响力中,县乡指导小组和村民选举委员会发挥着主导作用,而宗族的作用力并不明显。宗族对选举的影响,依然主要表现为选民投票的宗族取向。选举对农村社会的影响,正朝着促进和谐、团结的方向迈进。
As a follow-up survey of the situation of villager committee election, this paper shows that, comparing with that of the first two elections, the quality of the third villager committee election in Jiangxi Province and Shanxi Province was improved. Among a variety of social influencing factors, the county and township steering group and the villager electoral committee played a leading role while clan played an ambiguous role. The influence of clan on villager election presented the clan-preference of voters, at the same time the election has a positive influence on clan.
