摘要
传统的基层党建工作模式无法满足新时期党建工作需要,互联网的快速发展为党建工作的推进提供了必要的平台,也为党联系广大群众提供了全新的渠道。运用网络载体构建基层党建工作新模式,应该从党建实际情况出发,发挥互联网优势,构建交流、自主学习、考核评价和监督等平台,充分应用新技术,以达到突破传统党建模式的时间空间束缚,增强党建工作效率丰富党员生活的目的。
As the traditional working mode of grass-roots party construction cannot meet the needs of the party building in the new period,the rapid development of Internet provides a necessary platform for the progress of party building as well as offering new channel between the party and the masses.Via using the network carrier,the building new mode of grass-roots party construction should start from the present condition of the party building,and then giving full play to the advantages of Internet,in order to build various platforms used for communication,self-learning,evaluation and supervision;meanwhile,fully applying new techniques,so as to break through the time and space limits of the traditional party building,strengthen the work efficiency of party building and enrich the life of party members.
