摘要
学分制在我国的全面推行对高校传统的学生管理模式提出了重大挑战,在此背景下,大学生自我管理应运而生。本研究以德鲁克的自我管理理论为理论基础,以S大学20位师生为访谈对象,针对大学生自我管理目标的确定、展开、实施和考评四个环节进行研究,以期为大学生自我管理的实施提供有价值的参考。
The implementation of credit system in our country overall challenges the traditional pattern of student management in colleges and universities, in this context, college students' self-management emerges as the times require. This study empirically studies the setting, decomposition, implementing and evaluation of college students' self-management goals, based on the theory of Drucker's theory of Management by Objective, by the interviews of 20 teachers and students of S University by purposive sampling, in order to provide valuable reference for the implementation of the college students' self-management.
