摘要
当前,大学生具备良好的自我管理能力是社会发展的需要,大学生自我管理意识植入是非常必要的。校方要从入学教育开始,通过日常活动、选修课、网络媒体等形式对学生进行自我管理教育,设立心理咨询机构,注意校园文化建设,借鉴国外“校友返校周”活动,为学生搭建与国内外高校交流的平台;学生自己也要学会主动与人交流和沟通,与家长和谐相处,积极参加社会实践,建立高效的学生管理组织,有意识地进行自我管理;在自我管理意识植入过程中,要完善自我管理教育的内容、注意活动的连续性,要有定期的回访并听取毕业生的意见,注意“三位一体”的配合,教师要处理好宏观和微观的关系。
At present, college students have good self-management ability, which is the need of social development. It is necessary for college students to implant self-management consciousness. Schools should start with entrance education, through daily activities, elective courses, network media and other forms of self-management education for students, establish psychological counseling institutions, pay attention to the construction of campus culture, learn from foreign“alumni back to school week”activities to build a platform for students to communicate with domestic and foreign universities;students themselves should also learn to take the initiative to communicate with others and live in harmony with parents to actively participate in social practice, establish efficient student management organizations and to carry out consciously self-management. In the process of implanting self-management consciousness, teachers should improve the content of self-management education, pay attention to the continuity of activities, have regular visits and listen to the opinions of graduates, pay attention to the "trinity" cooperation, and deal with the macro and micro relationship.
