摘要
介绍了一种基于热力系统局部热平衡的背压修正曲线计算方法。通过建立热力系统中机组末级级组的热平衡,并考虑余速损失和湿汽损失的变化,来计算分析机组运行背压变化对热经济性和出力的影响。实例计算对比验证了该计算方法的精确性和通用性,突破了传统背压修正曲线法的局限,为机组有效开展节能诊断、性能验收等节能工作提供了新手段。
A mathematical method for the correction of the turbine exhaust pressure curve is proposed based on the local thermal equilibrium of the system. Through the establishment of thermal equilibrium in the last stage of the steam turbine, considering the variation of the leaving velocity loss and moisture loss, the influence of the alternation of the back pressure on the heat economy and output is investigated. The accuracy and universality is verified by the comparison results between the examples, and the limitation of the traditional method for the exhaust pressure correction curve is overcome. A new effective method for the energy conservation and performance acceptance in an air-cooled power plant is provided.
