摘要 为了进一步提高空冷机组运行经济性,本文针对某600 MW直接空冷机组,通过对其冷端系统布置温度测点,实时监测其冷却设备清洁程度及运行状况,并结合冷端系统优化计算方法,得到由于改变风机转速而对机组运行背压和发电功率增量造成的影响,给出机组功率净增值最大时的风机调节频率。计算结果表明:机组最佳运行背压随环境温度的升高而逐渐增大,所需风机转速也相应增加,对机组冷却设备表面进行定期清洗可有效降低机组排汽压力,增大机组出力。本文研究已应用于该机组的实地运行,对提高机组运行效率和实现电厂的节能降耗具有现实意义,也可为同类机组的经济运行提供参考。 To improve the thermal economy of air-cooled units further,this paper takes a 600 MW direct air-cooled unit as an example to analyze the influence of the back-pressure and power generation of the unit operation caused by the change of fan speed.The fan regulation frequency can be obtained when the unit power net increase is maximized given by means of the arranging temperature measurement points on its cold-end system to monitor the cleanliness level and operating conditions of the cooling equipment in real time,combining with the cold-end system optimization calculation method.The calculation results show that the best running back-pressure of the unit gradually increases with the increase of the surroundings temperature,and the required fan speed increases accordingly.Periodically cleaning the unit cooling equipment surface can significantly reduce the unit operating back-pressure and increase the unit output.The results in this paper have been applied to the field operation of the unit,which has practical significance for improving the unit operation efficiency and realizing the energy saving of the power plant.Besides,it can also provide reference for the economical operation of similar units.
