摘要
讨论了电厂空冷凝器风效应风洞模拟准则及其实验和测量手段,提出用回流率的概念作为衡量冷凝器效率的指标.运用该指标对某电厂空冷项目实例的实验结果表明:风速、空冷平台柱高和来流风向角对冷凝器的效率有着重要影响.由此得出在空气冷却电厂的初始设计阶段,结合当地风气象资料的风洞模拟实验是非常必要的.
The criteria as well as the methods and measurements of wind tunnel simulation on wind effects on air-cooled condensers in a large power plant were discussed. The parameter of re-circulation was suggested to describe the wind effects on the efficiency of the condenser. Result of a practical engineering models show that great wind effects of both wind speed and the angle of the incident flow on the efficiency of the condenser. It is recommended that at the initial stage of a new or an extension power plant which is equipped with an air-cooled system, the wind tunnel simulation is necessary and helpful. Combined with the local wind climate data, a cost-effective and safe design of a power plant could be achieved.
