摘要
本文从高职教育的特点出发,分析了高职院校学生的特点及影响有效教学的相关因素,并以鲍里奇的五种关键教学行为为基础,总结出适合高职院校教师的有效课堂教学策略,以帮助教师在课堂上开展有效教学,彰显高职院校特色。
Starting from the characteristics of higher vocational education, the paper analyzed the characteristics of higher vocational college students and the related factors affecting the effective teaching. Based on the five key teaching behaviors of Borich, the paper summed up the effective classroom teaching strategies for teachers in higher vocational colleges, to help teachers teaching effectively and highlight the characteristics of higher vocational colleges.
