摘要
介绍了国内外"双师型"教师和教师专业化研究的现状及进展,分析了"双师型"教师的专业化发展对提高教师素质和人才培养的重要意义,指出了"双师型"教师专业化发展亟待解决的问题。
This paper introduces the status and progress of the study on dual-qualified teachers and teacher specialization at home and abroad,analyzes the importance of the professional development of dual-qualified teachers to improve teacher＇s quality and talent＇s training and points out the problem of the professional development of dual-qualified teachers to be solved.
