硬核白内障超声乳化术劈核及钻核技术的应用 被引量:9

Application of chop and drill technique in phacoemulsification for hard nuclear cataract

摘要 目的观察超声乳化手术中应用分层劈核法(chop)联合钻核法(drill)处理硬核白内障的临床效果。方法32例(32只眼)晶状体核硬度为Ⅳ级的硬核白内障实施超声乳化手术应用改良的分层劈核联合钻核技术,术后1d、1周、1个月、3个月观察裸眼视力、角膜内皮细胞密度、角膜水肿程度等临床指标。结果术后裸眼视力均较术前有了明显提高,所有患者术中无一例发生后囊破裂,术后一过性角膜水肿均完全恢复。结论超声乳化手术中应用分层劈核法联合钻核法治疗硬核白内障安全有效。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of chop and drill technique in phacoemulsi- fication for hard nuclear cataract. Methods The improved phacoemulsifieation with chop and drill tech- nique was performed on 32 eyes of 32 patients with hard nuclear cataract . The uncorrected distance visual a- cuity, corneal endothelial density and corneal edema degree were observed 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, and 3 months after surgery. Results Thirty two eyes of 32 patients achieved much better uncorrected distance visual acuity, and no posterior capsule rupture occurred. Transient corneal edema recoverd transparent 1 week after the surgery. Conclusion Stratified chop combined with drill technique in phacoemulsifieation is a safe and effective method for hard nuclear cataract.
