AcrySof~ ReSTOR~多焦点人工晶状体植入术25例临床观察

摘要 目的观察AcrySofReSTOR多焦点人工晶状体植入术的疗效及安全性。方法对25例(30眼)白内障患者实施超声乳化手术并植入AcrySof ReSTOR多焦点人工晶状体。结果术后3个月术眼裸眼远视力≥0.5者27眼,裸眼近视力≥0.5者27眼、≥1.0者21眼,最佳矫正远视力≥1.0者28眼,最佳矫正近视力≥1.0者29眼。术后完全脱镜27眼,近距离视物满意27眼,患者均无明显眩光。结论 AcrySof ReSTOR多焦点人工晶状体植入术可为患者提供较为满意的远、近视力,大部分患者可完全脱镜,手术安全可靠。
