摘要
目的探讨5.5mm无缝线透明角膜缘切口白内障超声乳化术的安全性。方法对80例右眼患者根据白内障超声乳化术后植入人工晶体的不同分为A、B两组,A组不扩大切口植入进口折叠人工晶体,B组扩大切口植入PMMA硬性人工晶体。结果两组术后前房反应差异无显著性,未发现低眼压、浅前房及切口渗漏,术后随访半年未观察到1例眼内炎的发生。结论5.5mm无缝线透明角膜缘切口术后自闭性好,安全性高。
Objective To explore the security of the 5.5mm unsutured clear corneal incision cataract phacoemulsification. Methods 80 patients （80 right eyes） were divided into 2 groups according to the different IOL implanted after cataract phacoemulsification：in group A, the foldable IOL was implant through a 3.2mm incision, in group B, the PMMA-IOL was implant through a 5.5mm incision. Results The post-operation follow-up period of 6 months showed that complications in the two groups were few and comparable,with no significant difference in anterior chamber reaction. No endophthalmitis, ocular hypotension,shallow anterior chamber or incision leakage was found in both groups. Conclusions The 5.5mm unsutured clear corneal incision cataract phacoemulsification has beth good self enclosure and high safety.
