摘要
【摘要】晶状体超声乳化术是目前治疗白内障最为有效的手术方式。对于初学超声乳化手术的医师，在术中因后房压力增高、前房浅、撕囊偏裂、软核水分离不完全、劈核不完全、碗状壳核等而导致手术困难时。术中巧妙使用黏弹剂，通过“软壳”技术充填前房，推压晶状体囊、压核，翻核、浮核、软推压清除皮质，以及软扩张抛光后囊等方法，均能够安全而顺利地完成手术，从而坚定初学超乳医师的信心，进一步提高、完善手术技巧。
The phacoemulsification is the most effective treatment for cataract nowadays. For those Phaeo beginners who wants to do cataract surgery safely and smoothly, the viscoelasties will be very helpful to resolve the difficulties happening during surgery such as increased pressure of posterior chamber, shallow anterior chamber, capsular radial tear, incomplete hydrodissection of soft nucleus, incomplete crack of nucleus and bowl form of cataract. When these situations happened, the surgeon could use ＂soft shell＂ technique with the viseoelasties to fill anterior chamber, expand the capsular bag, depress, float or turn over nucleus, remove residual cortex and polish posterior capsule. Through this way, phaeo beginners could strengthen confidence and perfect their phaco skills.
