摘要
目的探究癌变胃组织中Gli1及Foxm1蛋白表达对患者癌组织病理类型、转移情况及预后的影响。方法选取2011年3月-2012年2月在福建医科大学附属第一医院就诊的胃癌患者98例,通过采集患者胃癌组织及检测胃组织相关蛋白Gli1与Foxm1的表达情况,比较不同的Gli1、Foxm1蛋白及Gli1-mRNA、Foxm1-mRNA表达水平患者的一般情况、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移及治疗预后情况。结果蛋白Gli1与Foxm1在胃癌组织中的表达明显高于健康胃组织(P<0.05);Gli1、Gli1-mRNA高表达患者的病理类型、转移情况及治疗预后均差于低表达患者(P<0.05);Foxm1、Foxm1-mRNA高表达患者的胃癌转移情况及治疗预后较低表达患者差(P<0.05)。结论 Gli1与Foxm1蛋白的高表达在不同方面会对患者的癌变病理类型、转移情况及治疗预后产生不利影响,临床可推广检测以提高胃癌的早期发现率及预后判断。
Objective To explore the effects of gastric biopsy Glil and Foxml levels on the metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer. Methods Ninety-eight cases of patients with gastric cancer were selected from Mar. 2011 to Feb. 2012 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University. The Glil and Foxml protein were detected by collec- ting the gastric biopsies of patients. The general, tumor differentiation, tumor stage, lymph node metastasis and progno- sis of treatment were compared between the different expression levels of Glil, Foxml protein and Glil-mRNA, Foxml- mRNA. Results The levels of Glil and Foxml protein in gastric carcinoma of the cancerous tissue were significantly higher than those in normal gastric mucosa （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the gastric cancer pathology, metastasis and prognosis of pa- tients with Glil, Glil-mRNA high expression were significantly worse than the patients with low expression （P 〈 0.05 ）. The metastasis and prognosis of patients with Foxml, Foxml-mRNA high expression were significantly worse than the pa- tients with low expression （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The high expression of Glil and Foxml protein can adversely af- fect the gastric cancer pathology, metastasis and prognosis of patients. It is strongly recommend for the clinical to im- prove the rate of early detection and prognosis of gastric cancer by testing the levels of Glil, Foxml protein.
