FOXM1在结直肠腺瘤和结直肠癌组织中的异常表达及意义 被引量:4

摘要 引言细胞周期紊乱是肿瘤最主要的发生机制[1]。叉头框M1(Forkhead box M1,FOXM1)基因在细胞周期调控中起着重要作用,其表达水平的细微变化都能导致细胞增殖能力的改变,因此其表达水平的精确调控对有丝分裂和细胞增殖的正常进行至关重要[2]。正常情况下。
