摘要
目前高校教师教学质量评价被推至高等教育实践的前台,科学准确的教师教学评价既能为学校、教学管理人员以及学生提供有关教师教学质量的可靠信息,也能激励教师本人不断改进和努力。文章根据教学的客观规律和要求,借鉴国内外高校先进的经验,从学生、督导与同事角度设计评价指标体系,采用多层次分析方法制定权重确定方法,以期实现对教师教学质量综合性和系统化的评价。
Evaluation of teachers' teaching quality in colleges and universities is pushed to the foreground of higher education practice. Scientific and accurate evaluation can provide reliable information on the quality of teaching for schools, teaching management and students ; it can also inspire teachers to constantly improve instruction skills. Based on real life teaching principles and previous experience, this paper would design an evaluation index S C yst hy em from the perspective of students, supervisors and colleagues ; establish weight method by multi - level hieraranalysis method,in order to achieve a comprehensive and systematic evaluation for teachers' teaching quality.
