摘要 高等教育在快速发展的同时,如何保障与评价其质量已成为高等教育界的热点问题。在第二届高等教育质量与评价高层论坛暨《大学教育科学》卅周年刊庆中,专家学者围绕该问题展开了研讨。与会者从政府、社会、高校以及个体这四个相关的利益主体出发,总结归纳了各主体的责任:政府应宏观调控高等教育的发展,社会应坚持大学的多元评价,大学应重点关注人才的培养过程,个体应树立正确的教育价值观。实现高等教育质量的持续、快速提升,要求各主体各安其位、各司其职。 With the rapid development of higher education, how to ensure and evaluate higher education quality has become a hot issue. Experts and scholars discussed the issue at the Second Session of Higher Education Quality and Evaluation Forum. They summarized the responsibilities of government, society, universities and individuals: government should control the development of higher education macroscopically, society should insist on multiple evaluation of university, university should focus on the cultivation process of talents, individuals should establish correct education values. Each subject should stay in his own place and perform his own function for promoting higher education quality stably and rapidly.
