摘要
高等教育从精英教育转变为大众化教育的模式变化势必带来教育质量的问题,建立完善的高等教育质量保障体系是高校教育质量不断提高的关键。通过回顾高等教育质量保障体系产生和历史演变,分析我国高等教育质量保障体系的现状,借鉴国外高等教育质量保障体系的经验,对我国首轮高校教育教学质量评估进行客观的评价,才能实现高等教育质量保障体系以及评估体系的科学性。
The mode changes of higher education from elite education to poptdar education definitely have resulted in education quality prob- lem. Establishing a perfect higher education quality guarantee syste, m in colleges and universities is the key to continuously improving the quali-ty of education. Through the review of the higher education quality assurance system device and historical evolution, analysis of China higher e-ducation quality guarantee system of the status quo, and the reference of experiences of foreign higher education quality guarantee system, to objectively evaluate the first round of the education teaching quality assessment of our eountry, to setup a scientific system of the higher educa-tion quality assurance, and finally objective evaluation will become true.
