摘要
文章概述了英国高等教育质量保障体系的形成与发展过程,并在此基础上分析了英国高等教育质量保障体系的框架内容及其特点,从而启示我国高等教育质量保障体系可从构建多层次多元化的质量保障体系、发展以院校自评为基础的内部质量保障机制、建立以独立中介机构为主体的外部质量保障、建立财政拨款与质量评估紧密结合的机制、重视和采纳学生对教育质量的意见、拓宽遴选评估专家的领域等方面进一步发展和完善。
this article summarizes the formation and development process of British higher education quality assurance system, and further analyzes its framework and characteristics. Therefore, the enlightenment could be gained to facilitate the development and improvement of our country＇s higher education quality assurance system as follows： to establish the multi-level diversification quality assurance system, to develop the internal evaluation scheme and external independent intermediary quality guarantee mechanism, to establish the tightly combined system of financial allocation and quality assessment, to respect and adopt the students opin!on of education quality, and to widen the channel of selecting evaluation experts, etc.
