摘要
针对吉林师范大学启动的"卓越教师"人才培养过程中,制定的卓越教师人才培养方案、建立的符合社会对人才需求的教学体系、实施的完整的运行模式,积极地研究与探索如何培养符合未来社会需求的优秀教师。
During excellent teachers training process in Jilin Normal University,the training scheme was proposed,the appropriate teaching system was established,the operation mode was implemented. How to cultivate excellent teachers for future society was explored.
