摘要
借鉴国外项目管理成熟度模型,突破"项目管理成熟度即项目管理过程成熟度"的传统框架,构建一个集成模型(LCD-KPM3).并剖析该模型的基本构成,探讨了在实际中正确应用此模型的方法,为提高液晶显示行业的管理能力提供了参考路径.
In the paper, from abroad project management maturity model, an integrated model （LCD - KPM3） is built by breaking the ＂ project management maturity that the project management process maturity＂ of the traditional framework. The basic structure of the model is analyzed and how to properly apply this model in practice is discussed, which purpose is to improve the management capacity of the liquid crystal display industry.
